Phase 1 (Rough Clean) occurs after the installation of electrical, plumbing, and framing work. This initial phase focuses on removing large debris, trash, and leftover materials that can't be vacuumed. It includes general sweeping and vacuuming, plus basic removal of stickers from doors and windows.
Phase 2 (Light/General Clean) is the most labor-intensive phase requiring extensive cleaning equipment and tools. It pays special attention to rooms with specific purposes like bathrooms and kitchens, including thorough cleaning of sinks, toilets, windows, and cabinets. This phase involves deeper cleaning of areas where stickers were removed in Phase 1, such as windows, glass areas, doors, and walls.
Phase 3 (Final/Touch-Up Clean) occurs several days after Phase 2, allowing time for any remaining dust to settle. This phase is typically shorter and focuses on addressing smudges, fingerprints, and other imperfections from areas cleaned in earlier phases. The entire post-construction cleaning process requires full attention and may take several days to complete.
